Fetişist bedenin onu arzulayan insanlar üzerindeki tahripkâr gücünü birçok yazar romanlarında göstermişlerdir. Balzac Sönmüş Hayaller ve Fahişelerin İhtişamı ve Çöküşü’nde ve Zola ise Tazı Payı ve Nana’da kadın bedeninin erkekler üzerindeki korkunç gücünü gözler üzerine sermişlerdir. Endüstri devrimiyle güçlenip aristokrat sınıfıyla neredeyse aynı seviyeye ulaşan kentsoylu erkekler, paralarıyla her şeyi sınırsızca elde edebilecekleri kanısındaydılar. İkiyüzlü olan bu insanların gözünde kötü yola düşmüş bir kadın parayla satın alınabilen bir metadan başka bir şey değildi. Fakirlik ya da yanlış eğitim yüzünden kötü yola düşen genç kızların bedenleri, toplumun hemen her kesiminin erkeklerinin kullandıktan sonra bıkıp attıkları meta haline dönüşmüştür. Ünlü natüralist yazar Emile Zola’nın Nana’sı, kışkırtıcı ve tahripkâr kadın tipini çok güzel bir şekilde işleyen bir yapıttır. Anne-babasından geçen kalıtımsal kötü huylar, eğitimsizlik ve fakirlik yüzünden kötü yola düşen Nana, güzel vücudunun gücünü kullanarak erkekleri ayartıp, tüm varlıklarını sömürerek kentsoylu toplumundan öcünü alır. Bu çalışmada 1880 yıllarının İkinci İmparatorluk Dönemi (Second Empire) Fransa’sının bu yarasına adeta bir sosyolog gibi parmak basan Emile Zola’nın kahramanı Nana’nın hangi yöntemlerle erkekleri kendine cezbedip sonra da onların sonunu hazırladığını göstermeye çalışacağız. İncelememizde tematik yaklaşım yöntemini kullanacağız. Abstract The provocative and destructive type of woman called "Fatal woman" is the representative of the fetishism of 19th century French literature. Many writer have shown in their novels the devastating power of the fetichist body on the people who desire it. Balzac in Lost Illusions and The Splendors and Miseries of Courtesans, Zola in The Kill and Nana showed the terrible power of the female body over the men. Urban men, who were strengthened by the industrial revolution and reached almost the same level as the aristocratic lass, believed that they could obtain everything with limitless amounts of money. In the eyes of these hypocritical people a woman who was in a bad way was nothing but a commodity that could be bought with money. The bodies of the young girls who have fallen into a bad way because of poverty or wrong education have turned into commodities that have been worn out by the men of almost every segment of society. The novel Nana by the famous naturalist novelist Emile Zola is a very beautiful work of this "femme fatal" female type called provocative and destructive. Nana, who has fallen into a bad way due to her parents' inherited bad deeds, inadequate education and poverty, uses the power of her beautiful body to tempt men, tie them to herself and exploit all their assets. In this work, we will try to show how Nana, the provocative and destructive hero of Emile Zola, who, as a sociologist, flashed into this struggle of France in the Second Empire period of 1880, attracted men and then prepared their end.
