The specific objectives of this treatment were to eliminate tooth sensitivity while enhancing esthetics and restoring masticatory function. Treatment included removal of several teeth, lengthening of the maxillary and mandibular clinical crowns, and placement of anterior and posterior metal-ceramic fixed partial dentures.
