The universe of the study, constructed in descriptive scanning method, consists of parents inhabited in Diyarbakir during 2011-2012 educational period. The sample of the study consists of randomly defined 980 parents. Data collection is done by utilization of the scale of Altas on Attitudes of Parents on the Courses of Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge.
