Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesinde yetişen bazı Lathyrus L. (Fabaceae) türlerinin karyotiplerinin belirlenmesi

Bu çalışmada Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinde yetişen Lathyrus chrysanthus Boiss. ve L. trachycarpus Boiss. türlerinin karyotip özellikleri incelenmiştir. İncelenen türlerin kromozom sayısı 2n=14'tür. L. chrysanthus 'un karyotipi : 10m+4sm, L. trachycarpus' 'un karyotipi 10m+4sm olarak belirlenmiş ve L. trachycarpus 'un ikinci kromozomunun kısa kolunda küçük bir satellit bulunmuştur. Adı geçen türlerin kromozom sayılan ve karyotip özellikleri belirlenmiştir.

Determinating of Karyotypes of Some Lathyrus L. (Fabaceae) Species Grown In The South-East of Anatolia In this study, karyotype analysis of Lathyrus chrysanthus Boiss. and L. trachycarpus Boiss. grown in the South East of Anatolia have been investigated. The investigated species have been found to be diploid with 2n= 14 chromosomes. Karyotypes of L. chrysanthus and L. trachycarpus were 10m + 4sm. The satellite has been observed only on the short arm of the second chromosome of L. trachycarpus. Karyotype analyse and chromosome numbers of L. chrysanthus and L. trachycarpus have been determined in this study.
