Halk sağlığı ana bilim dallarında üretilen tez çalışmalarının (doktora ve tıpta uzmanlık) sağlık yönetimi açısından değerlendirilmesi

dc.description.abstractAmaç: Halk sağlığı uzmanları toplum sağlığının optimal düzeyde sürdürülmesinde halk sağlığı ve sağlık yönetimi ana ve alt konularını içeren pek çok çalışma üretmişlerdir. Bu çalışmanın amacı halk sağlığı alanında üretilen doktora ve tıpta uzmanlık alan tezlerinin sağlık yönetimi açısından değerlendirilmesini içermektedir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığının internet ortamında ki Tez Merkezin den tüm ülke tıp fakülteleri Halk Sağlığı Ana Bilim Dallarında son 20 yılda üretilen Doktora ve Uzmanlık Alan Tezlerinin dağılımı tespit edilmiştir. Bulgular: Ülkemiz tıp fakültelerinde mevcut halk sağlığı ana bilim dallarında son 20 yılda üretilen halk sağlığı doktora ve uzmanlık alan tezlerinin sağlık yönetimi ana ve alt konularını %8,3 olarak içermekte olduğu tespit edilmiştir.  Sonuç: “İnsan- Kadın ve Çocuk Hakları, Sosyal Çalışma ve Halk Sağlığı, Okul Sağlığı, Tıp Ahlakı ve Halk Sağlığı Etiği vb.” konu başlıklarından az ya da hiç çalışma üretilmediği tespit edilmiş olup çalışmamız halk sağlığı uzmanlarının hangi halk sağlığı konu başlıklarına göre çalışmalarına yön vermeleri gerektiğini ortaya koymuştur.
dc.description.abstractAim: Public health professionals have produced many studies on public health and health management, including their main and sub-topics, in the optimal maintenance of public health. The aim of this study is to evaluate the doctoral theses produced in the field of public health and the theses in the field of specialty in medicine in terms of health management. Materials and Methods: The distribution of the PhD and Specialization Theses produced in the last 20 years in the Public Health Departments of the medical faculties of all countries has been determined from the Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education on the internet. Results: It has been determined that the public health doctorate and specialty theses produced in the medical faculties, public health departments of our country in the last 20 years contain the main and sub-topics of health management as 8.3%. Conclusion: “Human- Women's and Children's Rights, Social Work and Public Health, School Health, Medical Ethics and Public Health Ethics, etc.” It was determined that little or no studies were produced from the subject titles and our study put down to the fact that public health professionals should direct their studies according to which public health topics.
