Özet
Günümüz itibarıyla, çağdaş devletlerin öncelikli görev addettikleri
hususların başında, her ne saikle olursa olsun kendi sınırları içerisinde bulunan
bireylere sosyal güvenlik hakkı sağlanması ve sosyal güvenlik şemsiyesi altına
alınan kitlelerin genişletilmesi gelmektedir. Sosyal güvenlik sistemlerinin en kritik
ilgi alanlarından birini de, hiç kuşkusuz sağlık hakkı ve hizmetleri teşkil etmektedir.
Sağlık hakkının dünya genelindeki durumu, ülkemiz mevzuatındaki yeri ve gelişim
süreçleri, çalışmamızın ana başlıklarını oluşturmaktadır.
Outsourcing social security right to the individuals who are present inside their borders under any circumstances and extension of the population that are taken under the umbrella of social security comes among the primary provisions which the modern states deem as a task by today. Doubtlessly, the right and services of health constitute one of the most critical areas of interest of social security systems. The status of health right worldwide, its position in the legislation of our country and the development processes makes up the major titles of our study.
