Özet

Gastrosplenic fistula resulting from a gastric or splenic lesion is a rare entity. The causes of a fistulous tract between stomach and spleen include gastric adenocarcinoma, Crohn's disease, benign gastric ulcer, trauma and gastric or splenic lymphoma. We present ultrasound and multidetector computed tomography findings of a patient with spontaneous gastrosplenic fistula secondary to splenic diffuse large cell lymphoma.
