| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada; elektif sezeryan cerrahisi planlanan hastalarda hastaların yaşı, eğitim durumu, gebelik haftası, yaşayan çocuk sayısı ve anestezi tipinin preoperatif anksiyete düzeylerine olan etkisi incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anesteziyoloji ve Reanimasyon Anabilim Dalına başvuran;hastanın isteğine bağlı olarak genel anestezi ya da spinal anestezi altında, elektif şartlarda operasyonu planlanan; 18-45 yaş arasındaki 100 olguda planlanmıştır. Hastalar, preoperatif vizitte ziyaret edilmiş, anksiyete değerleri STAI Form TX-1 ile ölçülmüştür.. Sonuç olarak preoperatif dönemde hastaların anksiyete düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu; spinal anestezi grubunun genel anestezi grubuna göre anksiyete düzeyinin yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | In this study, the effect of patients' age, educational status, gestational age, the number of children living, and the type of anesthesia on levels of preoperative anxiety with the patients scheduled for elective cesarean surgery was tried to be examined. The study was planned on 100 cases between the ages of 18-45, whose operations were scheduled under elective conditions with general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia dependent on the request of the patients, who applied to the Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Anesthesiology and Reanimation Department. Patients were visited pre-operative, and the anxiety scores were measured with STAI Form TX-1. As a result it was established that, preoperatively, patients had higher levels of anxiety; and that spinal anesthesia group had higher levels of anxiety than the general anesthesia group.
