dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu çalışma, hemşirelik öğrencilerinde anksiyete, depresif belirti sıklığı ve ilişkili faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı.Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma bir sağlık yüksekokulunda hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerinde Mart-Nisan 2018 tarihleri arasında tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı olarak yapıldı. Örneklem seçimine gidilmeksizin gönüllü olan 295 öğrenci ile çalışma tamamlandı. Veriler, kişisel bilgi formu, Beck Depresyon Envanteri (BDE) ve Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği (BAÖ) kullanılarak toplandı. Verilerin analizinde yüzdelik, ortalama minimum, maksimum, standart sapma, Shapiro Wilk Testi, Spearman Korelasyon testi, Mann Whitney U Testi ve Kruskal Wallis Testi kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin yaş ortalamasının 22,01±2,01 olduğu, %58’nin kadın, %30,8’nin üçüncü sınıf, %55,9’nun gelirinin orta düzeyde olduğu, %67,5’nin ailesi ile birlikte yaşadığı ve %75,6’sının çekirdek aile tipine sahip olduğu belirlendi. Öğrencilerin %16,9’nun şiddetli düzeyde depresif belirti, %30,2’sinin yüksek düzeyde anksiyete belirtisi yaşadığı, BDE puan ortalamasının 17,17±15,59, BAÖ puan ortalamasının 19,77±15,78 olduğu ve BDE toplam puanı ile BAÖ toplam puanı arasında pozitif yönlü önemli bir ilişki olduğu saptandı (p<0,001).Sonuç: Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin çoğunluğunun anksiyete ve depresif belirti yaşadığı, bu belirti düzeyinin önemli olduğu, anksiyete ve depresif belirtiler arasında pozitif yönlü önemli bir ilişki olduğu saptandı. Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin anksiyete ve depresif belirti düzeylerinin tanılanması, gerekli durumlarda tedavi edilmesi ve öğrencilerin koruyucu ruh sağlığı programlarından yararlanmaları önerilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjective: This study has been conducted with the purpose of identifying anxiety, depressive symptom frequency and related factors. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted on nursing students receiving education in a vocational health school between the dates of March and April 2018 as a relationship searcher. The study was completed with 295 volunteer students without conducting a sample selection. The data were collected by employing Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Beck Anxiety Scale (BAS). In data analysis, percentage, average minimum, maximum, standard deviation, Shapiro Wilk Test, Spearman Correlation Test, Mann Whitney U Test and Kruskal Wallis Test. Results: It was determined that the age average of the students who participated to the study is 22.01±2.01, 58% of them are female, 30.8% are third-grade students, 55.9% have middle income, 67.5% live with their families and 75.6% of them have a nuclear family type. It was identified that 16.9% of the students experience intense depression symptoms, 30.2% of them experience high levels of anxiety symptoms, BDI point average is 17.17±15.59, BAS point average is 19.77±15.78 and there is a significant positive correlation between BDI and BAS total points (p<0.001). Conclusion: It was determined that majority of the nursing students experience anxiety and depressive symptoms, the symptom level is significant and there is a positive correlation between the anxiety and depressive symptoms. It is suggested to diagnose the anxiety and depressive symptom levels of the nursing students, to treat them when it is necessary and to enable students to benefit from preventive mental health care programs.en_US
