Cotard syndrome (CS) is a rare one characterized by the presence of nihilistic delusions. It is typically associated with depression and is mostly seen in middle-aged women (1). A few cases have been reported in youth, of which 90% are women. Here we present a young female case diagnosed with CS. This patient is the first report of the syndrome triggered by the COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic.en_US
