Breeding of laughing dove Streptopelia senegalensis in winter

Observed winter-time incubations of a pair of free-living Laughing Dove, subspecies Streptopelia s. senegalensis, in southeastern Anatolian city Diyarbakir expand the breeding period of the species in the region possibly throughout the year.
