dc.description.abstractİktidar tarafından mala ve mülke el konulması şeklinde ifade edebileceğimiz müsâdere, Abbâsîler’de çeşitli şekillerde ve çok farklı kesimlere uygulanmıştır. Ancak en dikkat çekici müsâdere uygulamaları devlet yönetiminde halifenin en önemli yardımcıları olan vezirlere yönelik olanlardır. Abbâsîler’de çok önemli hizmetler yapan bazı muktedir vezirler, bir takım sebeplerden dolayı azledilmiş, bazıları hayatlarıyla birlikte tüm mal ve servetlerinden de mahrum bırakılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Abbâsîler’de etkin vezirlere yönelik müsâdere uygulamaları ele alınmıştır. Bu çerçevede çalışma ön plana çıkan muktedir bazı vezirlerle sınırlandırılmıştır. Bu çerçevede vezirler; Yahyâ b. Halid b. Bermek, İbn Zeyyat, İbnül Furat ve İbn Mukle ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada İslam tarihi temel kaynaklarına öncelik verilerek kronolojik bir sıra takip edilmiştir. Alanda, Abbâsî vezirlerine yönelik uygulanan müsâdere ile ilgili müstakil çalışmaların yok denecek kadar az olması konumuzun önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışmayla amacımız, Abbâsîler’de sıkça başvurulan müsâderenin vezirler cephesine ışık tutmaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractConfiscation refers to seizing the properties and all other wealth of a person by the government. Such confiscation of property by the government was applied in various ways regarding different segments of people in the Abbasids. However, the most remarkable confiscation practices are those for viziers, who are the most important assistants of the caliph in state administration. Some of the powerful viziers who performed very important services in the Abbasids were dismissed for several reasons, and some of them were deprived of all their goods and wealth along with their lives. In this study, confiscation practices for viziers in Abbasids are discussed. In this framework, the study is limited to certain prominent viziers. In this context, the viziers who encountered confiscation; Yahyâ b. Khalid b. Bermek, İbnu'z-Zeyyât, İbnul Furât and İbnul Mukle are examined. In the study, a chronological order was followed by giving priority to the main sources of Islamic history. The research about confiscations is sparse so that it is important to reveal such aspects through the history. We aim to shed light on the confiscation practices regarding viziers, which is frequently applied by the Abbasids.en_US
