Özet
Two cases of solitary osteochondroma of the thoracic spine with spinal cord compression are reported. One was a sessile osteochondroma of the lamina and pedicle of T2 vertebra in a 9 year-old child; the other was a pedunculated osteochondroma of the posterior surface of the body of T6 vertebra in a 45 year old man. A discussion of the symptomatology, diagnosis and a review of the related literature are given.
