dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu çalışmadaki amaç pH dereceleri farklı kahve türlerinin estetik amaçla kullanılan kompozit rezinlerin renk değişimine etkisini değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmada 4 farklı kompozit rezin (Estelite Sigma Quick, G-Aenial, Clearfil Majesty Esthetic, Ceram X One) ve 5 farklı kahve çeşidi (Nescafe, Ethiopia, Colombia, Veranda ve Türk kahvesi) kullanılmıştır. Her bir kompozit rezinden 40’ar tane olacak şekilde 2 mm derinliğinde 8 mm çapında silindir şeklinde toplam 160 tane disk hazırlandı. Her kahveye 8 adet kompozit disk konulacak şekilde rezin grupları 5 alt gruba ayrıldı. 24 saat, 48 saat ve bir hafta kahve solüsyonlarında bekletilen kompozit rezinlerin her bekletme sonrası renk ölçümleri tekrarlandı. Ölçümler Vita easyshade ölçüm cihazı ile yapıldı. İstatistiksel analizler tek yönlü varyans analizi (one-way ANOVA), Post-hoc, Friedman ve Ki-kare testleri kullanılarak yapıldı. (p=0,05). Bulgular: İstatistiksel değerlendirmeler sonucunda en fazla renklendirmeye sebep olan bekletme solüsyonu nescafe, en az renklenen kompozit rezin ise Clearfil Majesty olarak belirlenmiştir. Estelite Sigma Quick diğer rezinlere oranla daha fazla renklenme göstermiştir. Sonuç: Bu çalışmada kahve türlerinin restoratif materyallerde ciddi renklenmelere neden olduğu, fakat yapılan çalışmaların azlığı nedeniyle yeni klinik çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractAim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of different coffee grades on the color change of composite resins used for aesthetic purpose. Materials and Methods: Four different composite resins (Estelite Sigma Quick, G-Aenial, Clearfil Majesty Esthetic and Ceram X One) and 5 different coffee types (Nescafe, Ethiopia, Colombia, Veranda and Turkish coffee) were used in the study. A total of 160 discs with a diameter of 8 mm and a depth of 2 mm were prepared as 40 composite particles each. Resin groups were divided into 5 subgroups, each containing 8 composite discs. Repeated color measurements were repeated every 24 hours, 48 hours, and 1 week in the resin solutions of the composite resins left in the coffee solutions. Measurements were made with the Vita Easyshade measuring instrument. Statistical analyzes were performed using one-way ANOVA, Post-hoc, Friedman and Chi-square tests. (P = 0.05). Results: As a result of the statistical evaluations, the most staining solution was nescafe, and the least colored composite resin was determined as Clearfil Majestry. Estellite Sigma Quick showed more color than other resins. Conclusion: In this study, it was concluded that coffee species caused significant coloring in restorative materials, but new clinical studies were needed because of the lack of studies.en_US
