Image processing is an interesting research area that has progressed in correspondence with improvements in computer related technologies. In the last decades, it has quickly improved and widely spread. In this study, image processing methods are discussed, a new computer program that can use these methods is introduced, and the application of these methods to marble quality classificati© 2010 IEEE.
