E hepatiti (Olgu sunumu)

Hepatit E enfeksiyonu kural olarak gelişlmekte olan ülkelerde geniş salgınlara ve epidemilere yol açan, fekal-oral yolla bulaflan non-A, non-B hepatitidir. Hastalığı kaynağı genellikle kontamine sulardır ve epidemiler sıklıkla yağmurlu mevsimlerden sonra gözlenir. Bu çalışmada laboratuvar bulgularıyla desteklenen, birisi hepatit A koenfeksiyonuna sahip, 4 ve 5 yaşlarında akut hepatit E enfeksiyonlu iki olgu bildirildi. Ayaktan takip edilen hastalar ve semptomatik olarak tedavi edildiler ve tamamen iyileştiler.

Hepatitis E infection is non-A, non-B hepatitis that is transmitted by the fecal-oral route, which, as a rule, causes large epidemics and epidemics in developing countries. The source of the disease is usually contaminated water, and epidemics are often observed after rainy seasons. In this study, two cases with acute hepatitis E infection aged 4 and 5 years, one of whom had hepatitis A co-infection, were reported, supported by laboratory findings. Outpatients and symptomatically treated and fully recovered.
