dc.description.abstractBu çalışmamız kapsamında öncelikle dernek tanımı, derneğin kuruluşu ve dernek kurma özgürlüğünün anayasal ve uluslararası sözleşmeler kapsamında Alman ve İsviçre Hukukları ile karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenerek değerlendirilmesi ile özel hukuk tüzel kişiliği olması bakımından tüzel kişilik kazanılmasına ilişkin sistemler üzerinde durulacak ve en son olarak derneklerin tüzel kişilik kazanması incelenecektir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, first of all, the definition of the association, establishment of the association ,also, the freedom of the establishment of the association will be examined and discussed in comparison with German and Swiss law with in the scope of constitutional and international conventions, besides it will be put emphasis on the systems for acquiring legal entities in terms of being private law legal entity and finally, the acquisition of legal entity of the associations will be investigated.en_US
