Özet
Enzimler biyolojik sistemlerin canlı komponentleridir. Birçok biyokimyasal reaksiyonlarda katalizör olurlar ve doku içerisinde metabolik sürecin meydana gelmesi için gereklidirler. Enzim histokimya histolojik boyamalarda önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu derlememizde dokularda çeşitli enzimlerin gösterilmesinde kullanılan boyalar ele alınmıştır.
Enzymes are living components of biological systems. Many would catalysts in biochemical reactions and are essential for the occurrence of the metabolic processes in tissues. Enzyme histochemistry, occupies an important place in histological staining. In this review show the dye used in a variety of tissue enzyme are taken manually .
