Özet
Uterus didelphys takes place in the Class III in the classification of Müllerian malformation according to American Society for Reproductive Medicine. The case with spontaneous pregnancy consulted with the complaints of abdominal pain developed in the second trimester, an ache in both shoulders and vomitting. Acute abdominal findings were observed in the examination. An eighteen week, two- day fetus with no cardiac activity in uterin cavity and common free fluid in abdomen was observed through ultrasonography. Free fluid was observed to be hemoragic in parasynthesis accompanied with ultrasonography. The patient was taken to an immediate surgery. The patient was observed to have uterus didelphys, and to have a rupture in hypoplasic hemiuterus where pregnancy occured. The patient's hypoplasic hemiuterus ruptured due to pregnancy was removed. The case with uterus didelphys whose pregnancy ended up in the second trimester has been presented with clinical findings.
