Özet
Sağlık hizmetleri tüm ülkelerin öncelikli konusu olmakla birlikte, hizmetin sunumu sırasında yaşanan tıbbi hatalar hem sağlık çalışanlarını hem de hastaları olumsuz şekilde etkilemektedir. Bu yanlış müdahale ve uygulamaların sonucunda da sağlık personeli bir takım cezai sorumluluklarla karşılaşmaktadır. Doküman incelemesi yöntemi ile yapılan bu araştırma ile sağlık personelinin tıbbi uygulama hataları konusundaki bilgi ve farkındalık düzeylerini arttırmayı ve sağlık personelinin hukuki sorunlar ile karşı karşıya kalmamaları için almaları gereken önlemlerin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır.
Abstract Although health care is a priority issue for all countries together, medical errors that occur during the presentation of the services affect both health professionals and patients in a negative way. As a result of this improper intervention in health personnel and practices are facing a number of criminal responsibilities. This research, conducted by the document review method, aims to increase the level of knowledge and awareness of the health personnel about the medical application errors and to provide the necessary precautions for the health personnel to avoid legal problems.
