Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmen adaylarının matematik okuryazarlığına ilişkin öz-yeterlik
inancını ölçen geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. 35 maddeden oluşan ölçeğin
taslak formu 2006-2007 öğretim yılında, Dicle Üniversitesi Ziya Gökalp Eğitim Fakültesi'nde
okuyan 182 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS paket program kullanılarak maddetoplam korelasyonu ve faktör analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Faktör analizi sonucunda ölçeğin tek
faktörünün açıkladığı varyans oranının %42,85 olduğu elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa iç
tutarlılık katsayısı 0,94 olarak hesaplanmıştır. İstatistiksel analizler sonucunda 25 maddelik
Matematik Okuryazarlığı Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği geliştirilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to develop a valid and reliable scale to measure the self efficacy related to mathematics literacy of preservice teachers. The draft form of scale was applied to 182 students from Ziya Gökalp Education Faculty in Dicle University in 2006-2007 academic year. Obtained data has been analysed by using SPSS package program. The data were analyzed and evaluated by using item total correlations and factor analysis. After the factor analysis addressed the one dimensional constructs. One factor were interpreted 42,85% of variance on scale scores. Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of the scale (self-efficacy scale of mathematics literacy) was found as 0.942. The result of statistical analysis, self-efficiacy scale of mathematics literacy which has 25 items were developed.
