Diş hekimliği uygulamalarında son yıllarda ilerleyen teknoloji ile birlikte yeni materyaller ve farklı üretim teknikleri
geliştirilmektedir. Çeşitli sebeplerle dişlerde meydana gelen madde kaybını restore etmek amacıyla yeni tekniklerin kullanımı gittikçe
artmaktadır. Bunun yanında adeziv diş hekimliğindeki gelişmeler ile hem mine hem dentin dokusuna bağlanabilen, konservatif ve
estetik restorasyonlar yapılabilmektedir. Bu derlemenin amacı posterior dişlerde meydana gelen doku kayıplarının kuron içi estetik
restoratif restorasyonlar olan inley ve onley restorasyonlar hakkında bilgi sunmaktır.
In recent years, new materials and different production techniques have been developed with the advancing technology in dental practices. The use of new techniques is increasing in order to restore the loss of substance in the teeth for various reasons. In addition, with the developments in adhesive dentistry, conservative and aesthetic restorations that can be bonded to both enamel and dentin tissue can be made. The aim of this review is to provide information about inlay and onlay restorations, which are aesthetic restorative restorations within the crown of tissue loss in posterior teeth.
