Gençlerde siyasal değerler üzerinden yaşanan ayrışmalar

Türkiye siyasal tarihi, geleneksel olduğu kadar geleneksel olmayan katılım şekillerinin de sıklıkla yaşandığı ve bunların geleceğe kalıcı hasarlar bıraktığı evrelere sahiptir. Bu evrelerde kişilerin geleneksel olmayan katılım şekillerine yönelme gerekçeleri farklılık gösterse de bunlar içerisinde mezhepsel, etnik ve ideolojik nedenlerin daha belirgin olduğu söylenebilir. Ayrıca diğer yaş gruplarının aksine özellikle gençlerin bu katılım biçimlerinde sıklıkla rol alması Türkiye siyasal tarihi içeresinde toplumsal ayrışmaların gençler üzerinden değerlendirilmesini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Çünkü gençler arasında ortaya çıkan siyasal farklılıklar geçmiş sosyo-politik düzenden beslendiği kadar geleceğin siyasal inşasını da derinden etkilemektedir. Diğer bir deyişle, gençlerin öznesi olduğu araştırmalar toplumsal yapının siyasal fay hatlarını daha anlaşılır kılmaktadır. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmada, Türkiye siyasal tarihinde gençlerin hangi değerler üzerinden ayrıştıkları ele alınarak mevcut toplumsal kutuplaşmaları besleyen nedenler sorgulanmaktadır.

The political history of Turkey has phases in which traditiona,l as well as non-traditional forms of participation, are frequently experienced and leave permanent damages to the future. Although the reasons for people to turn to non-traditional forms of participation in the stages differ, it can be said that sectarian, ethnic, and ideological reasons are more prominent among them. In addition, unlike other age groups, the frequent involvement of young people in these forms of participation makes it necessary to evaluate the social divisions in Turkish politics through young people. Because the political differences that arise among the youth deeply affect the political construction of the future as much as they feed on the past socio-political order. In other words, researches in which young people are the subjects make the political faultlines of the social structure more understandable. From this point of view, in this study, the reasons that feed the current social polarization are questioned by considering the values on which young people differ in the political history of Turkey.
