Özet
Kifoz ve/veya skolyoz, anestezi uygulamaları sırasında endotrakeal entübasyon güçlüğüne ve rejyonel girişim tekniklerinin zorlaşmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu olguda, 22 yaşında ileri derecede kifoskolyozu olan bayan hastada akut pandisit operasyonu nedeniyle uygulanan genel anestezi deneyimimizi sunmayı amaçladık. Peroperatif dönemde hastada herhangi bir komplikasyon gözlenmedi ve başarılı bir genel anestezi uygulaması gerçekleştirildi.
While applying anesthesia, kyphosis and/or scoliosis can lead to difficulty in both during endotracheal intubation and also during performing regional interventional technics. In this case, we aimed to report our general anesthesia experience in a 22 year-old women with advanced kyphoscoliosis who underwent acute appendicitis operation.
