Özet
Bina programı hazırlanması kriterlerinin oluşturulmasını hedefleyen bu çalışmada, özel olarak tarihi yapıların yaşatılarak korunması sürecinde yeni işlev verilirken kullanılacak bir mimari programlama modelinin hazırlanması ve örneklem olarak seçilmiş olan Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesinde bulunan dokuz adet tarihi handa uygulanması hedeflenmiştir. Tarihi yapıları yeniden işlevlendirme sürecindeki tasarım aşaması özelinde mimari programlama modeli ile ilgili çalışmaların yetersizliği bu alanda bir model hazırlanması gereğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu bağlamda ülkemizin son elli yıllık zaman dilimindeki nüfus artışının, kültürel değişiminin ve ekonomik kaygılarının geleneksel kent dokularının tamamında meydana getirdiği tahribatlar ticari alanlarda bulunmaları nedeni ile geleneksel hanlarda daha fazla etkili olmuştur. Yeni ihtiyaçlar ve ekonomik kaygıların etkisi ile geleneksel han yapıları bu tahribattan en çok etkilenen yapı grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu yapılardaki sağlıksız ve kimliksiz müdahaleler ve yeni işlevlendirilmeler ciddi bir sorun olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda geleneksel han yapılarının yeni işlevlerinin, yapı ve kullanıcılar üzerindeki etkilerinin bilimsel yöntemlerle araştırılması, olumsuz yönlerinin tespit edilerek çözüm önerilerinin sunulması bu yapıların korunmasında en önemli faktörlerin başında gelmektedir. Bu amaçla Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'ndeki şehir içi hanlarının özgün niteliklerini korumak amacıyla, bu yapıların yeni işlevleri ve kullanım alanlarına ait performans künyeleri oluşturulmuştur. Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesinin farklı illerinde farklı işleve sahip işletmelerde profil belirleme ve kullanım sonrası değerlendirme çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Bu işletmelerdeki temel problem alanları araştırılarak kullanım sonrası değerlendirme için temel saptamalar yapılmıştır. Kullanım sürecinde var olan problemlerin tespiti için, farklı işlevlere sahip hanlarda kullanıcı grupları ile anketler yapılmış, çalışmalar gözlem ve yerinde saptamalarla desteklenerek karşılaştırılmalı analize gidilmiştir. Yapılan tüm bu tespitler ve değerlendirmeler neticesinde yeni bir programlama modeli kurgulanarak önerilmiş ve örneklem olarak seçilmiş olan Diyarbakır kent merkezinde bulunan tarihi Çifte Han'da uygulanarak test edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Bina programı, Tasarım, Han, Yeniden İşlevlendirme, Kullanım Sonrası Değerlendirme (KSD)
Building program preparation of this work aimed at the creation of criteria, in particular historical buildings protection process chosen as an architecture programming model preparation and sampling will be used in the new function design, which is located in Southeast Anatolia has aimed to be implemented at the inn date nine. The impact of new requirements and economic concerns traditional inn structures constitute the largest share in the structure of the group from the destruction. Unhealthy and anonymous interventions in these structures and functionalized studies is a serious problem. In this context, the new functions of the traditional inn structure, using scientific methods to investigate the impact of the building, and users to present their solutions by determining negative aspects, is one of the most important factors in maintaining these structures. For this purpose, the inner city in southeastern Anatolia khan to maintain original features, functions and uses of the new imprint performance of these structures have been created. Evaluation studies to determine the profiles of business processes and use with different functions in different provinces of Southeastern Anatolia is made. The basic problem areas in this business was conducted to determine the basis for the assessment process to investigate the use. For the detection of existing problems in the use process, with different functions in the inn user groups were interviewed, studies were made to determine comparative analysis supported by observation and place. Made all these observations and assessments have suggested organizing a new programming model and applying the result of the historic inn building has been selected as the sample tested.
