Özet
Modern devletin en önemli aktörleri siyasi partilerdir. Devletin sahip olduğu politikalar, iktidarda olan siyasi
partiler tarafından belirlenmektedir. Bu bağlamda modern devlet mekanizmasını işletebilmek için siyasi partilerin
“parti programları” vardır. Bu programlar modern devletin üstlendiği ve vatandaşlarına sağlamaya çalıştığı temel
görevleri ifade etmektedir.Bu temel görevlerden “sağlık hizmeti” hayatî bir konum teşkil etmektedir. Dolayısıyla
çalışmada Millî Görüş geleneğine sahip olan partilerin genel seçimler öncesi mevcut programlarında yer alan
“sağlık politikaları ve hizmetleri” ne yönelik vaatleri ele alınmaktadır. Çalışma, ilgili literatüre dayalı olarak süreç
analizi ve betimsel bir yöntemle hazırlanmıştır.
Abstract The most important actors of a modern state are political parties. The policies that the state has are determined by the political parties in the government. In this context, political parties have own "party programs" in order to run the show to the modern state mechanism. These programs point out the basic duties of that the modern state took up on itself and try to provide for its citizens. One of basic duties of the state, "healthcare", becomes more of an issue on a vital position. Where at in this study, in the party programs of the political parties having the convention of the Millî Görüş (Islamic View) Movement being involved in "healthcare policies and services" are tackled. The study has been prepared by process analysis and descriptive procedure based on the concerned literature.
