| dc.description.abstract | Hadis dinin ikinci temel kaynağıdır. Bunun için hadislerin Hz. Peygamber'e aidiyetinin tespiti önem arz etmektedir. Hadislerin Hz. Peygamber'e aidiyetinin aslına uygun bir şekilde tespit edilebilmesi, muhaddisler başta olmak üzere İslam âlimlerinin tamamının ilgilendiği bir konu olmuştur. Hepsinin amacı hadislerin sahihini sahih olmayanından ayırmaktır. Fakat İslam âlimleri arasında sahih hadis tespit kriterlerinde bir ittifak oluşmadığından; bir muhaddisin sahih dediği hadis için bir başkası zayıf diyebilmiştir. Bundan dolayı hadislerin sıhhatinin tespitinde problemler meydana gelmiştir. Tezde öncelikle sahih hadis kriterlerininfarklı olmasından doğan problemlerin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Problemler tespit edildikten sonra bunların ortadan kaldırılmasına katkı sunacak yeni bir sahih hadis tanımının önemine işaret edilmiştir. Sahih hadis tespiti için yeni bir tanım önerisinde bulunan bu çalışma giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında araştırmanın amacı, önemi ve yöntemine değinilmiştir.Birinci bölümde önce sahih hadisin kavramsallaşma süreci olan Hz. Peygamber dönemi, ardından Sahâbe, Tâbiûn ve Tebe-iTâbiîn dönemleri ile ilk hadis kaynaklarının meydana gelmesindeki kriterlerincelenmiştir.İkinci bölümde muhaddislerin hadisleri değerlendirme kriterleri araştırılmıştır. Farklı değerlendirme kriterlerinden dolayı meydana gelen problemlere işaret edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde sahih hadisin mevcut problemlerini gidermeye katkı sağlayacak yeni bir sahih hadis tanımı denemesi yapılmıştır. Ardından tanımın uygulanabilirlik açısından sağlayacağı faydalar açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Hadith is the second main source of Islam. Because of that it is important to prove the Hadiths were said by the Prophet Muhammed. To determine the originality of Hadiths is a subject that Hadiths scholars and Islamic scholars are interested of it. Their aim was to separate the original from non-original. Because there has been not a union among the Hadith scholars, there are not full agreement between them on the Hadiths. In this study, it was firstly aimed to determine the problems arising from the different criteria on the originality of the hadiths. Secondly, following the determination of the problems, the importance of a new approach to the hadith tradition was emphasized. This study is consisted of three parts. In the introduction, the purpose, importance and the methods of the study was explained. The era of Prophet Muhammed, Sahabe, Tabiun and Tebe-i Tabiin periods were studied with the criteria of the forming the first Hadith sources. In the second chapter, problems were found due to different evaluation criteria. In the third chapter, a new method to find out the originality of hadiths were given. It's practicability was also discussed in this chapter. | |
