Özet
Ampisilin/Sulbaktam'ın idrar yolları enfeksiyonunda etkisi araştırıldı. Grubumuzda 54 hasta vardı. Hastalara tedavi öncesi ve sonrası rutin idrar tetkiki, idrar- kültür antibiyogram yapıldı. Çalışmamızın sonucuna göre sulbaktamın ampisiline kombine edilmesi ampisilinin etkisini artırmaktadır.
The effect of Ampicillin/Sulbactam on urinary tract infection was investigated. There were 54 patients in our group. Before and after the treatment, routine urinalysis and urine-culture antibiogram were performed on the patients. According to the results of our study, combining sulbactam with ampicillin increases the effect of ampicillin.
