Özet
Bu çalışmada literatür taraması yöntemi uygulanmış ve Covid-19 salgınının küreselleşmeye ve ulus devletlereetkisi incelenmiştir. Dünyada yaşanan salgınlardan ve özellikle Covid-19 salgınının genel anlamda insanhayatına etkilerinden söz edilmiştir. Covid-19 salgınının küreselleşmeye etkisi ve küresel sistemin ne yöndeevrileceğiyle ilgili tahminlere yer verilmiştir. Covid-19 salgını sürecinde küresel sistemin önemli aktörlerindenbiri olan Avrupa Birliği’nin performansı üzerinde durulmuştur.Küresel sistemin iki önemli gücü olan ABD ve Çin’in salgına verdikleri tepkilere değinildikten sonra küreselsistemdeki yerleriyle ilgili öngörülere değinilmiştir. Covid-19 salgınından sonra ulus devletlerin uluslararasıalanda artan güç ve önemleri vurgulanmıştır. Son olarak salgını sürecinde Türkiye’nin performansı genelanlamda değerlendirilmiştir.
In this study, the literature review method was applied and the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on globalization and nation states was examined. Pandemics in the world and especially the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on human life in general were mentioned. It included predictions about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on globalization and how the global system will evolve. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the performance of the European Union, one of the important actors of the global system, was emphasized. After mentioning the reactions of the USA and China, two important powers of the global system, to the pandemic, the predictions about their place in the global system were mentioned. The increasing power and importance of nation states in the international area after Covid-19 pandemic was emphasized. Finally Turkey's performance in the pandemic process has been evaluated in general.
