Nefrotik sendromlu çocuklarda tiroid fonksiyonları

Abstract

Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Kliniği'nde minimal lezyonlu nefrotik sendrom tanısıyla izlenen en küçüğü iki, en büyüğü 11 yaşında olan 7'si erkek, 5'i kız 12 hastada ilk tanı konduğunda ve ortalama 5.8 ay kortizon tedavisi aldıktan sonra tiroid fonksiyonları ve tiroid otoantikorları çalışıldı.

At the time of the first diagnosis and after receiving cortisone treatment for an average of 5.8 months, thyroid function was performed in 12 patients, the youngest two, the oldest 11 years old, 7 boys and 5 girls, who were followed up with the diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome with minimal lesions in the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, Dicle University. and thyroid autoantibodies were studied.
