Dicle Üniversitesi çocuk kliniğinde izlenen Burkitt lenfoma olguları

Abstract

Dicle Üniversitesi Çocuk Kliniğinde 1989-1990 yıllarında izlenen 6 Burkitt Lenfoma olgusu incelendi. Hastaların en küçüğü 4, en büyüğü 7 yaşında olup ortalama yaş 6 idi. Primer tümör %16,7 hastada çenede, % 83,3 hastada batındaydı. Başvuru sırasında 5 hastada ( % 83,3) hastalık yaygın formdaydı. Tedaviye alınabilen 5 hastanın 3'üne (%60) NHL-LSA-L2, 2'sine (%40) Modifiye Ziegler tedavi protokolu uygulandı.

Six Burkitt's lymphoma cases followed up in Dicle University Pediatric Clinic between 1989-1990 were analyzed. The youngest of the patients was 4 years old and the oldest was 7 years old, and the mean age was 6 years. The primary tumor was in the jaw in 16.7% of the patients and in the abdomen in 83.3% of the patients. At the time of presentation, the disease was in the diffuse form in 5 patients (83.3%). NHL-LSA-L2 was applied to 3 (60%) of 5 patients who could be treated, and Modified Ziegler treatment protocol was applied to 2 (40%) patients.
