İzz b. Abdisselâm'ın hadis anlayışı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada İzz b. Abdisselâm'ın hadis anlayışı ele alındı. Çalışmanın amacı İzz b. Abdisselâm'ın hadis usûlü ve yorumu hakkındaki değerlendirmelerini ortaya çıkarmak ve diğer âlimlerin usûl ve yorumları ile mukayese etmektir. Çalışma da İzz b. Abdisselâm'ın tasnif ettiği eserler başta olmak üzere hayatını ve yaşadığı dönemi ele alan eserlerden istifade edilerek, yaşadığı dönem ve hayatı hakkında özet bilgi verildi. Kategorisine bakılmaksızın İzz b. Abdisselâm'ın matbû/mahtût eserlerinden istifade edilerek hadis ve hadis usûlüne dair görüşleri saptandı. Hadis usûlü anlayışının genel anlamıyla gelenekle paralellik arz ettiği belirlendi. Bunun yanında Muharref Hadis ve Zayıf Hadis ile amel etme konuları başta olmak üzere bazı konularda gelenekten ayrıldığı belirlendi. Hadis yorumunda ise Müşkilü'l-hadis ilmine önem verdiği, mecâz/îcâz başta olmak üzere Arap dili sanatlarından yararlandığı ve hadislerin maksadını dikkate aldığı saptandı. Bunun yanı sıra hadislerin birbiri ve âyetler ile uyumunu zorunlu bir durum olarak gördüğü, çelişki durumunda hadisleri te'vil ettiği tespit edildi. Maksadü'l-hadis'e dair kriterler onun verdiği örnekler ve bu örneklere yaptığı yorumlar dikkate alınmak suretiyle tarafımızca isimlendirildi.

In this study, Izz b. Abdisselam's understanding of hadith was discussed. Purpose of the study Izz b. It is to reveal Abdisselâm's evaluations of hadith method and interpretation and compare it with the methods and interpretations of other scholars. In the study, Izz b. Brief information was given about the period he lived and his life, especially the works classified by Abdisselâm, using the works related to his life and the period he lived. Regardless of the category, his views on hadith and hadith methodology were determined using printed / mahtut works. It has been determined that the understanding of hadith methodology is generally parallel with tradition. In addition, it was determined that he left the tradition in some subjects, especially the issues of acting with the Muharref Hadith and the Weak Hadith. It has been determined that in his interpretation of hadiths, he attaches importance to the science of hadith, uses Arabic arts, especially metaphors, and takes into account the purpose of hadiths. In addition, it was determined that he saw the compatibility of hadiths with each other and with verses as a necessity and interpreted hadiths in case of conflict. The criteria for Makadu'l-hadith are named by us, taking into account the examples he gave and his comments on these examples.
